Fitness Coaching
-
When: Class begins first week of June till the end of July.
Where: We will meet via zoom from 8AM-9AM PST, every Tuesday or Thursday morning (you choose which day works for you).
Pricing: $35 per week. I ask that you pay for a month up front (a total of $140 a month).
Includes:
-Weekly full body workout class on zoom, utilizing bodyweight, bands and dumbbells, (with an added focus on core and pelvic floor work) -I teach you proper form and coach you throughout the class.
-8 weeks of program design - each week I email the class an ADDITIONAL two strength training workouts to do on your own at home, as well as a suggested core circuit. (A total of 3 workouts a week- full body, upper body, lower body +core/pelvic floor).
-Weekly outdoor conditioning challenge (stair workouts, hiking, speed walking, yard sprints etc) - I am passionate about fitness being functional and spending time outside! I want to provide creative opportunities for you to push yourself to get outdoors and be more active.
-Optional group text: You will have the option to be a part of a group text with the other women for accountability - here we share our fitness wins - when we work out, make healthy eating choices etc!
-Access to me as a certified coach in class and throughout the week with any questions - I am here to help!
-A free nutrition online workshop at the beginning of the class with an incredible registered dietician. He will give a very helpful crash course on nutrition/how to grocery shop/eating for weight lifting etc!
Equipment Needed: (links provided are simply examples of the equipment- you do not need to purchase these exact brands etc.)
*Note: if you are unable to gather all of this equipment by the beginning of class, that is no problem. You can accumulate it in the beginning weeks, and we can improvise with body weight workouts to start out.
