Nice to meet you!!!

My name is Ariel. I am 31 years old, a new mama to a precious baby boy named Darius, wife to my dream guy Joe Montgomery, and living in Bellevue, Washington. As a CAM (Coach Approach Ministries) certified Life Coach and a NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine) certified Fitness Coach, I have a passion to help woman with both their internal and external health.

I believe we all have a unique story to tell and a unique purpose. Through counseling, coaching, the support of my husband and dear friends, and mostly through the grace and healing of Jesus, I have found my own purpose: to serve God by using my pain and my story of his faithfulness to inspire hope and courage in others. I live to motivate others to action so they can fearlessly walk out the calling and purpose God has for their life.

Coming alongside you as a life coach gives me a front row seat as your cheerleader, your support, and your co-creator as we zoom in on your story, discover your purpose, passions and dreams, and create a practical plan of action to accomplish your goals. Whether as a wife, as a mother, or as a single woman, whether in your career or your ministry - I want to help you take ownership of the season of life you are in and take steps of courage wherever God is calling you.

I believe that no matter who you are, no matter what cards life has dealt you, no matter what price you have paid to be where you are today, you have a unique design and purpose on this earth. You have unique strengths, giftings, and a calling. Your calling is MUCH bigger than yourself. It is a piece in a puzzle that will bring healing and freedom to others. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you discover your purpose and take the action steps needed to live the life God has called you to.
